In these Terms and Conditions, "Mountain Wolf" or "we/us/our"refers to International Outdoor Supplies Development Company. "You","user", or "customer" refers to any individual or entity ordering goods or services from us and/or using any functions of our website.

"The Website" refers to the website located at www.mountainwolf.com.hk, as wellas any Mountain Wolf applications on mobile devices and any other devices deemed appropriate by Mountain Wolf.

"Hong Kong" refers to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

By using the Website (including any services that facilitate sharing content withthird-party websites), you agree to the practices described in these Terms ofUse and our Privacy and Cookies Policy. These policies apply to all information submitted to us via the Website, which may be collected in accordance with current laws (collectively referred to as "this Agreement"). Your access to and use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the terms ofthis Agreement.

As a condition of your access to and use of the Website, you warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You possess the legal authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement, to use the Website's services, and to purchase services and products on the Website in accordance with this Agreement.
You are fully proficient in English and/or Chinese.
All information provided by you is true, current, complete, reliable, accurate, and enables us to fulfill all our obligations.
You will use the Website at a normal frequency and only place orders for yourself and other persons for whom you are legally authorized to act.
You will not use the Website or any services and products on the Website for business purposes, or, even if not for business, for any financial gain.

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

The singular includes the plural and vice versa, and words importing any gender include all genders.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
References to laws shall be construed as references to statutory laws or subsidiary legislation as enacted or amended from time to time.
"Person" includes a natural person, corporate or unincorporated body, and its legal representatives.
References to time refer to Hong Kong Time.
The words "including" and "for example" shall be deemed to be followed by the words "but not limited to".

The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not apply to any individual or entity transacting otherwise than as a consumer (e.g., B2B members, commercial organizations, etc.). We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to timewithout prior notice. The amended version shall take effect immediately upon appearing on the Website. To the maximum extent permitted by relevant laws, in the event of any dispute, Mountain Wolf's decision to accept or reject any refund or exchange request shall be final.

1. Mountain Wolf Personal and Non-Commercial Membership Program

The User Membership Program is available to all users who can provide a valid email address or mobile phone number (hereinafter referred to as "Member"or "you"). The program is valid for any online purchases. Mountain Wolf membership is completely free.

1.1 Terms and Conditions of Use

These terms set out the rules governing Mountain Wolf's management of its membership program. Members agree to accept these terms by participating.
Members must provide an email address or mobile phone number for registration and are responsible for updating their personal information. Changes can be reported by logging into www.mountainwolf.com.hk or emailing enquiry@mountainwolf.com.hk.
Mountain Wolf user accounts and benefits may not be transferred, sold, or duplicated.
If any abuse, fraud, violation, or misconduct is discovered, Mountain Wolf may suspend or terminate the membership at any time, and you will not be entitled to any compensation.
Members may withdraw from the program at any time by providing written notice. Upon withdrawal, all accumulated points and benefits will be forfeited.

1.2 Applying for the Membership Program

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Registration can be completed via the Website (www.mountainwolf.com.hk).
The membership program is for personal and general consumer use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

1.3 Benefits of the Membership Program

Member-exclusive offers and event registration.
Exclusive return/exchange services and receipt-free electronic services.
Personalized sports advice and content.
Product recall and safety notifications (if applicable).

1.4 Mountain Wolf Member Program and Shopping Credits

All new and existing members can enjoy the following benefits:

New members will receive $50 in shopping credits, valid for 30 days.
Registered members enjoy free shipping on orders over HK$600.
Registered members are eligible for additional discount offers.
On member's birthday month, the system will automatically issue birthday promotion, valid for 30 days.
Shopping credits are only applicable for online checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1.5 User Responsibilities

Users must ensure their account information is kept secure and must not share it with others. If unauthorized use is discovered, Mountain Wolf must be notified immediately. Users assume full responsibility for all activities occurring under their account.

2. Services and Products Sold by Mountain Wolf

(This section applies only to products sold directly by Mountain Wolf and does not apply to third-party sellers)

2.1 Delivery Policy

Orders will be fulfilled by the date specified in the order confirmation, or within 30 days.Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or restricted areas. If there is no direct elevator access, couriers may charge an additional floor fee.

2.2 Return and Exchange Policy

Our basic policy is "All goods sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable."However, if the product is unused and presents quality issues such as non-artificial damage or functional failure, customers may apply for a replacement of the same product within 14 days of receiving the item.

Exchange and Refund Options (Limited to items with confirmed quality issues)

General circumstance: If a product quality issue is confirmed, we will replace it with the same product.
Out-of-stock arrangement: If the same product is out of stock, customers may choose one of the following arrangements:

Full refund.
Exchange for another product of equal value.
Exchange for a product of higher value than the original product (the customer must pay the price difference).

Unacceptable Reasons for Return or Exchange

We will not accept any return or exchange requests raised by customers based on subjective personal preferences.

Subjective reasons include, but are not limited to:

Disliking the product upon receipt
Suddenly changing one's mind
No longer needing the product
Discrepancies between the size or color and personal understanding/expectations

Return and Exchange Process and Postage Arrangements

Contact Customer Service: Please ensure you contact our customer service representatives to submit an application within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return the Product: After the application passes initial review, the customer must first return the goods (the return postage must be paid in advance by the customer).

Inspection and Acceptance: Upon receiving the returned item and conducting an inspection, if the product is confirmed to meet the return/exchange conditions, we will process the exchange or refund as soon as possible.

Postage Bearing: For verified quality issues, the postage costs incurred for returning the goods will be borne by us/fully refunded to you.

Refund Time frame: If the refund conditions are met after inspection, the relevant refund process will be completed within 14 working days.

Situations Ineligible for Return or Exchange

Mountain Wolf will not provide any return or exchange services if any of the following situations occur:

Color Differences: Website images may have slight color differences from the actual product. Images on the website are for reference only, and the color of the product is subject to the actual item received. We do not accept returns or exchanges requested due to color differences between online images and the actual product.
Subjective Factors: Returns or exchanges requested based on the customer's subjective personal preferences (including disliking the product, suddenly changing one's mind, no longer needing it, etc.).
Improper Storage: Products that have been stored under abnormal conditions, exposed to moist environments, or exposed to environments with excessively high/low temperatures.
Artificial Damage: Goods that have undergone unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, or alterations.
External Factors and Wear & Tear: Incorrect installation, force majeure factors, food or liquid spills, and normal wear and tear of the product, etc.
Uncommunicated Returns: Goods returned without prior contact with and approval from customer service personnel.
Overdue Applications: Applications submitted beyond the 14-day return and exchange period after receipt.
Incomplete Packaging/Accessories: Returned goods with incomplete outer packaging, missing included accessories and related materials, or incomplete complimentary gifts included in the order.
Used: The product has already been used.

3. Miscellaneous and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any losses caused by delays, system issues, or force majeure events. Our maximum total liability is limited to HK$2,500.
Personal Injury or Death: These terms do not exclude our liability for personal injury or death directly caused by our negligence.
Account Security: We are not responsible for transactions conducted using your password without authorization.
Force Majeure: We shall not bear any liability for breach of contract due to events beyond our reasonable control (such as strikes, natural disasters).
Severability: If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining terms shall continue to be valid.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and both parties accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

4. User Content and Prohibited Uses

4.1 User-Submitted Content

You assume full responsibility for any reviews or content you upload. Submitting content constitutes granting Mountain Wolf a perpetual, global, and royalty-free right of use. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in the following acts:

Infringing copyrights or privacy rights;
Systematically downloading or "scraping" data from the Website;
Uploading viruses, malicious code, or interfering with the operation of the Website;
Publishing illegal, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content;
Transmitting spam or unauthorized advertisements;
Deleting or modifying any content on the Website, or attempting to circumvent the security of the Website or its hosting servers or interfering with its functionality;
Creating a link to the Website from any other website without our prior written consent, provided that you may mention us on a website published by you, provided the link is not misleading, you accurately describe its destination and the fact that we have not approved the link, your website, or the products or services you provide, you do not replicate the home page or any part of our website or the services or products on the Website, and the linked website does not contain any illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, vulgar, indecent, or offensive content or content that may infringe third-party intellectual property or other rights;
Submitting false or misleading information.

In the event of any violation, Mountain Wolf reserves the right to immediately terminate your account access and pursue legal responsibility.
