Free delivery for net purchase of over $600

 

All delivery methods are a flat rate of $60

Exceptions :
・No delivery to P.O. boxes, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong Disneyland, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Lok Ma Chau Spur Line, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok, and Shenzhen Bay Port.

 

Estimated delivery time :

・Residential, Industrial and commercial addresses
2 to 4 Business Days
 

Please note that the delivery time may be extended during holidays such as Christmas and Easter, and promotion periods.

 

The products will be delivered to the specified address on your order by courier company.

 

The coverage of delivery is currently limited to industrial and commercial or residential addresses in Hong Kong (except for restricted areas).

 

If we cannot contact you for delivery after two attempts, the products will be retrieved.

 

If the delivery service provider returns the items to its service station due to unsuccessful delivery and send you a notification, and you fail to pick up within the time limit specified (“Pickup Deadline”) for any reason not attributable to us, the delivery service provider may charge you additional fee and we reserve the right to take one of the following actions without further notice :

 

(i) We will cancel your order, and refund the remaining balance to you after deducting any fees and/ or outstanding amount payable by you according to these terms; or
(ii) We will dispose of the ordered items without making any refund or compensation.

 

In case of any dispute, Mountain Wolf reserves the right of final decision.
